The present invention relates to a selective catalytic reduction denitrification plant for efficiently removing visible plume (yellow fume) using selective catalytic reduction in order to remove the visible plume (yellow fume) during gas turbine startup in combined heat power or the like. To this end, the reductant supply condition of the existing nitrogen oxide reduction apparatus through selective catalytic reduction is improved and the ratio of NO2/NOX is precisely adjusted, thereby creating an excellent effect of removing visible plume from exhaust gas with low temperature of 130°C or lower.
