The present invention provides a simulation stack device for a fuel cell. The simulation stack device includes: a reactor including a first reaction path and a second reaction path surrounding the first reaction path; an anode inlet pipe which is connected to a side of the first reaction path and injects oxygen and fuels into the first reaction path; an anode outlet pipe which is connected to the other side of the first reaction path and discharges the gas in the first reaction path to the outside; a cathode inlet pipe which is connected to a side of the second reaction path and injects a mixed gas into the second reaction path; and a cathode outlet pipe which is connected to the other side of the second reaction path and discharges the gas in the second reaction path to the outside. The first reaction path includes a catalyst promoting the reaction between the fuels and the oxygen injected into the anode inlet pipe on the inside.
