PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying an element structure and a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A light receiving device has a photoelectric conversion element 110 and active elements. The active elements include at least one of a reset element 120 for resetting the photoelectric conversion element 110, an amplification element 130 for amplifying a detection signal based on the photoelectric conversion element 110, and a selection element 140 for selectively outputting a detection signal based on the photoelectric conversion element 110. The photoelectric conversion element 110 and at least a part of the active elements are formed using the same organic semiconductor material or the same polymer functional material. |
