PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus or the like, configured to accurately correct density unevenness which occurs due to rotation of developing means that forms a toner image. ! SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 includes: a rotatable photoreceptor drum 11; a charging roll 12 for charging a surface of the photoreceptor drum 11; an exposure section 13 which exposes the surface of the photoreceptor drum 11 charged by the charging roll 12, to form an electrostatic latent image; a developing roll which is arranged to rotate opposite the photoreceptor drum 11, has a groove section for conveying toner, and develops the electrostatic latent image, to form a toner image; a control section 60 which controls the photoreceptor drum 11, the charging roll 12, the exposure section 13, and the developing roll.
