This control system has: a first pressure sensor that is disposed in a pilot oil passage and between an operation device and a control valve, and that detects the pressure of pilot oil; a second pressure sensor that is disposed in the pilot oil passage and between the control valve and a directional control valve, and that detects the pressure of the pilot oil; a control valve control unit that controls the control valve; a data acquisition unit that, when the pilot oil passage has been opened by the control valve, acquires data pertaining to the detected value from the first pressure sensor and the detected value from the second pressure sensor; and an amendment unit that amends, on the basis of the data acquired by the data acquisition unit, the detected value from the first pressure sensor or the second pressure sensor so that the detected value from the first pressure sensor and the detected value from the second pressure sensor match.
