摘要 The present invention relates to a rapid-hardening concrete composition for road repair characterized by the use of rapidly cooled steel reducing slag powder instead of cement-type bonding material as the bonding material, and a method for road paving and repairing using concrete utilizing the rapid-hardening concrete composition, the rapidly cooled steel reducing slag powder comprising 10-20 wt% rapidly cooled steel reducing slag powder, 35-45 wt% fine aggregate, 30-40 wt% coarse aggregate, 1-3 wt% latex and 4-6 wt% mixed water. By utilizing rapidly cooled steel reducing slag powder, which is an industrial by-product, as bonding material, rapid-hardening cement-type bonding material can be substituted, carbon discharge during cement production and environmental damage can be reduced, and cost-effectiveness can be improved. Additionally, the rapid-hardening concrete develops compressive strength of 21 MPa or greater within four hours of pouring to minimize curing time, and superb freezing and thawing resistance and waterproof properties have the benefit of extending the lifespan of the concrete pavement.
