STABILIZED FLOW SRAY NOZZLE

A stabilized flow nozzle for the atomization of a liquid, comprising a substantially cylindrical metallic main body (10) defining a first longitudinal axis (X) and filtering means (20) to filter the liquid at the inlet thereof. The main body (10) includes an inlet (11) for the liquid to be atomized, a calibrated outlet hole (12) for the atomized and a working chamber (13, 14, 15) extending between the inlet (11) and the calibrated outlet hole (12). The nozzle further comprises a flow stabilizer element (40) to stabilize the flow which outlets from the main body (10) consisting of an annular body (41) coaxially coupled with the latter in the vicinity of the calibrated outlet hole (12). The annular body (41) including a rear face (42) facing the inlet (11), a front face (43) opposite thereto and a plurality of passing-passing-through holes (44', 44", 44"').
