The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a saw blade and a manufacturing method for a saw blade using the same, forming a first heat emitting groove unit which increases a heat emitting area in case of cooling on an outer circumferential surface of a lower base mold member wherein a lower support mold member having a blade forming space filled with powder for manufacturing a saw blade on an upper surface is inserted. The powder for manufacturing a saw blade is heated and pressurized with a hot pressing machine to pass through a burning and sintering step to be rapidly cooled with a cooling pressing machine and an air blower, thereby increasing surface strength of a saw blade with a raid cooling effect to improve wear resistance and durability. In case of cutting work, chipping or one sided wear of a saw blade are minimized to significantly lower an operation failure rate in case of semiconductor package sawing and glass sawing, and significantly improve productivity of a semiconductor.
