PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detergent compositions capable of greatly improving performance, by formulating a new generation of enzymes.SOLUTION: A detergent composition comprises: an endoglucanase having the amino acid sequence of position 1 to position 773 of a specific sequence; an aluminosilicate and/or phosphate builder up to 10 wt.%; a carbonate of 10-30 wt.%; and a silicate of 5-30 wt.%. The alkalinity, which is a measure of a specific buffering capacity, of the composition is greater than 4. |
