PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ocean current power generation in a deepwater environment.SOLUTION: An ocean current power generation system 1 is used in a one-way ocean current and includes: a mooring cable 4 including a carbon nano-tube disposed between an anchor 2 and a floating body 3; and a mooring cable 4a including a carbon nano-tube where one end is electrically connected with a power generator which generates power by a screw 6 rotated by the ocean current and the other end is electrically connected with the mooring cable 4.
