PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for not discharging harmful discharging gas under complete combustion of waste plastic material by a district on-site type small combustion furnace. ! SOLUTION: The present inventor has performed keen study in view of the above problem and discovered that water vapor already heated up to a high temperature through its own combustion heat is supplied from an upper part to a plastic material combustion part under air supplied state, so that its combustion temperature is set to be 800°C or more to restrict occurrence of harmful dioxine and the like and further imperfect ignited substances in the discharged gas is modified with water vapor to enable secondary complete combustion to be harmless. !
