SOLUTION: A sediment discharge system 1 includes an opening/closing device 15 that opens/closes a path 14 between an opening 13 and a bottom surface 5 of sediment 4 loaded in a position above the opening 13 of a scour tunnel 10 having the opening 13 provided in an upper part of an inner surface, and a control device 100 that performs an opening operation of the opening/closing device 15 by receiving instructions from predetermined devices 30 and 40 in association with the occurrence of a flood. !
