PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit which can prevent a counter flow current from flowing in a power supply side even when a clock signal of a voltage higher than a power supply voltage is input.SOLUTION: In an oscillation circuit, when an external clock signal CLK_EX of a voltage higher than a poser supply voltage VDD is input to a first terminal T1, even though a voltage of a bulk of a P-type MOS transistor Q11 increases to be higher than the power supply voltage VDD, since a first diode D1 is provided in a forward direction with respect to a direction of a current flowing from a first power supply line to a bulk of the P-type MOS transistor, a current does not flow from the bulk of the P-type MOS transistor Q11 to the first power supply line. Accordingly, flowing of a current counter flow from the first terminal F1 to the first power supply line can be successfully prevented.
|
