For example, if set temperature of the indoor unit 3a is changed, then the outdoor unit, for example, the outdoor unit 2a operating to be paired with the indoor unit 3a is selected, and the selected outdoor unit 2a and the indoor unit 3a the target value of which is changed are grouped. Control commands are generated to each suppress the fluctuation in the refrigerant pressure accompanying the change in the set temperature within a predetermined range between the indoor unit 3a and the outdoor unit 2a that are grouped, and the control commands are transmitted to the corresponding indoor unit 3a and outdoor unit 2a, respectively.
