PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical part mount package and an electronic device in which a disadvantage caused by connection failure of an input/output terminal hardly occurs. ! SOLUTION: An electrical part mount package has a board 1 having a packaging area in which elements are mounted on the upper surface of the board 1, and a frame body 2 which is provided on the board 1 so as to surround the packaging area and has plural first through-holes 2a penetrating from the inside to the outside of the frame body 2. The electrical part mount package has an input/output terminal 3 which comprises a metal fitting having plural second through-holes 4a formed so as to penetrate between both the principal surfaces of the metal fitting at positions coincident with the positions of the first through-holes 2a, and plural pin terminals 5 which are inserted through insulating material in the plural second through-holes 4a.
