PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide circuit design and printed board design which are inexpensive and easy to use by using cloud computing and to which a user's request is fed back. ! SOLUTION: Subsequent to circuit design which is provided by a user terminal (2001) or the like owned by a user of a CAD system, a data center (2006) constituting a cloud (0001) and a server (2007) via a network, and includes: a component creation step (S4001); a component arrangement step (S4002) for arranging the created component on a circuit diagram; a connection step (S4003) for performing a wire connection work between the arranged components; a circuit diagram verification step (S4004) for checking the formed circuit on the basis of a prescribed standard; and an output step (S4005) for performing prescribed output in the complete circuit diagram, printed board design is executed on the basis of a net list. !
