Provided is a tire segregation method by which reinforcing members can be segregated from tires composed of unified thermoplastic resin materials and reinforcing members. This segregation method is for tires provided with a tire framework member (17) comprising a thermoplastic resin, and reinforcing members (26) comprising material of higher rigidity than the tire framework member (17) and being arrayed outside the tire framework member (17) in the direction of the tire diameter; the segregation method being provided with a segmentation step for cutting the tire across the width direction and transforming the tire to belt form, and a reinforcing member separation step for crushing the tire of belt form and separating the tire framework member (17) and the reinforcing members (26). |
