The present invention relates to a microfluidic device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the microfluidic device comprises: a platform; one or more chambers prepared in the platform to accommodate a specimen; and one or more channels for connecting the chambers. The chamber includes: a detecting chamber for detecting a specimen; and a light shielding unit for preventing light from being supplied to the detecting chamber from the outside so as to prevent an error in detecting a specimen in the detecting chamber. According to an aspect of the present invention, a detection error caused by external light interference can be prevented. Moreover, according to another aspect of the present invention, test time is reduced, and a microfluidic device can be miniaturized. Furthermore, according to still another embodiment of the present invention, contaminants can be prevented from being fed in the detecting chamber. |
