<p>A method for distributing a cryogenic fluid inside a freeze drying chamber. The cryogenic fluid is fed into the freeze drying chamber through a venturi device. The cryogenic fluid will form an ice fog which will be rapidly and uniformly distributed throughout the freezing chamber and into the vials present in the freezing chamber.</p> |
