PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic driving assisting system, an automatic driving assisting method, and a computer program, capable of reducing a burden on a user when succession is made from automatic driving control to manual driving by driving operation of a user.SOLUTION: A travel scheduled route of a vehicle is acquired, which includes an automatic driving section for which automatic driving control of a vehicle is permitted. A section for which it is determined that succession from the automatic driving control to manual driving by driving operation of a user is hard to be performed is set as a succession exclusion section in the travel scheduled route. In the travel scheduled route, a succession section for which succession is made from the automatic driving control to the manual driving is set in a section excluding the succession exclusion section. According to a set succession section, a section capable of performing automatic driving control is decided in the travel scheduled route. |
