PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bispecific antibody which is excellent in stability by significantly suppressing fragmentation in a hinge region, while maintaining a function of cytotoxic activity such as an excellent antitumor effect.SOLUTION: The invention provides a bispecific antibody to an anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 1 and CD3 comprising a variable region comprising a human L chain variable region of anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor 1 antibody 528 composed of a specific sequence, and the human variable region; the human L chain variable region and a human H chain variable region of anti-CD-3 antibody OKT3; a hinge region; and a Fc region, in which an oligopeptide composed of a specific amino acid sequence is introduced for one portion (upstream portion of a hinge region) of the hinge region on the N-terminal side from a cysteine residue on the N-terminal side contained in the hinge region of the bispecific antibody.
