PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method and kit which can simultaneously detect two or more kinds of organisms for detection rapidly and accurately.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for detecting two or more kinds of organisms for detection simultaneously using two or more kinds of oligomer sets respectively corresponding to two or more kinds of organisms for detection simultaneously which comprises a ligase chain reaction step of performing a ligase chain reaction using a sample for detection as a template, and a detection step of detecting the presence or absence of the amplified DNA fragment derived from each oligomer set by the ligase chain reaction; wherein the oligomer set comprises four oligomers for the ligase chain reaction designed on both sides of any corresponding single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of the organism for detection.
