PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chiller device having a stable heat-retaining function without applying an excessive load to a compressor even when a temperature difference between a set temperature and a work temperature is small, and a temperature difference between a refrigerant suction side and a refrigerant discharge side of an evaporator is little in a refrigeration cycle.SOLUTION: In a chiller device, a circuit board (PCB2) 106 implements PID calculation on a refrigerant cycle-side refrigerant detection temperature detected by a temperature sensor T2 in heat-retention setting where a temperature difference between a set temperature and a work temperature is small, a circuit board (PCB1) 105 transmits a drive control signal to an inverter 107, produced on the basis of the result of the calculation in series to control a rotating speed of a compressor 102 according to the work temperature within a predetermined range, further the circuit board 106 implements PID calculation on the work temperature detected by a temperature sensor T1, and the circuit board 105 controls opening/closing of an electronic control valve EV1 by driving a stepping motor SM1 on the basis of a pulse signal produced on the basis of the result of the calculation to control a refrigerant flow rate. |
