POSITION LOCATION SUPPORT PROGRAM AND POSITION CONFIRMATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position location support program capable of easily locating a position of a portable terminal, and a position confirmation system easily confirming a position of a user who carries the portable terminal.SOLUTION: A position confirmation system 1 includes a smartphone 2 and a management server 3. The smartphone 2 includes: a collating section 6 capable of collating a received MAC address with a MAC address recorded by a radio LAN equipment identification information database 4; and an identification information transmission section 7 capable of transmitting the matched MAC address and an individual identification number of the smartphone 2 to the management server 3 via a communication line of the smartphone 2 when both the MAC addresses agree with each other after collation by the collating section 6. The management server 3 includes a position confirmation completion information transmission section 11 capable of transmitting position confirmation completion information to the smartphone 2 when receiving the matched MAC addresses and the individual identification number of the smartphone 2.
