摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method preventing the disconnection of a metal foil pattern laminate for solar batteries which is arranged by use of aluminum foil.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal foil pattern laminate for solar batteries comprises: a first coating step S2 in which one surface of a reinforcement film is coated with an adhesive; a first lamination step S4 in which aluminum foil is laminated on the adhesive on the side opposite to the reinforcement film; an adhesive-hardening step S6 in which an adhesion layer is formed by hardening the adhesive; a second coating step S8 in which the other surface of the reinforcement film is coated with an insulative adhesive; a second lamination step S10 in which a base material is laminated on the insulative adhesive on the side opposite to the reinforcement film; a patterning step S12 in which blade parts are pressed to the surface of the aluminum foil to cut a preparatory laminate arranged by laminating the reinforcement film, the adhesion layer and the aluminum foil on one another into laminate-required regions and laminate-unrequired regions; a peeling step S14 in which the laminate-unrequired regions are removed off from the insulative adhesive; and an insulative adhesive-hardening step S16 in which an insulative adhesion layer is formed by hardening the insulative adhesive.</p>
