PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for a wearable device capable of displaying an image in such a manner that an influence of communication delay is reduced.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes a notification unit, a display controller, and a receiver. The notification unit is configured to issue a command based on operation information to be input and notify an external apparatus of it. The display controller is configured to, after the command is issued, apply animation processing to a first image displayed on a display of a wearable device, during the time when the external apparatus is generating an image based on the command or when the external apparatus is sending it. The receiver is configured to be capable of receiving a second image sent from the external apparatus, the second image being the image generated by the external apparatus.
