PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilator capable of stabilizing a holding property of a filter unit. ! SOLUTION: A heat exchange ventilator of this invention includes a casing having an exhaust air passage and an air supply passage formed in an inside thereof, a heat exchange element exchanging heat between an exhaust air flow flowing through the exhaust air passage and an air supply flow flowing through the air supply flow passage, and a filter unit 10 inserted into an opening formed on a wall surface surrounding the air supply passage of a bottom surface of the casing below the heat exchange element so as to hold a filter on an inflow side of the air supply flow of the heat exchange element. The filter unit 10 has a closing plate 13 for closing the opening, a holding part having both ends fixed on the closing plate 13, and a heat insulating member covering an opposite surface side of a surface on the air supply passage side of the closing plate 13.
