PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilator capable of facilitating removal work of a filter from a filter unit. ! SOLUTION: A heat exchange ventilator of this invention includes a casing formed in a box shape having an exhaust air passage and an air supply passage formed in an inside thereof, a heat exchange element exchanging heat between an exhaust air flow flowing through the exhaust air passage and an air supply flow flowing through the air supply flow passage, and a filter holding frame 16 disposed on an inflow side of the air supply flow or the exhaust air flow to the heat exchange element so as to hold a first filter 12a and a second filter 12b.
