PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switchgear for an electronic apparatus in which its switchgear operation can be carried out by a positive operation, its configuration is simplified and its low cost is attained. ! SOLUTION: This invention relates to a switch gear 1 enabling two casings 2 and 3 to be connected and folded in such a way that they can be rotated to each other. A fixed holder 5 of one casing 2 is provided with an axile inner ring cam 6 having a cam part and an outer ring cam 7 having a cam surface. There is provided a retainer 8 stored in a case 4 integral with the other casing 3 in an axial direction while being oppositely faced against both cam members. The retainer 8 has a rotatable and movable cam 9 brough into contact with both cam members and moves in a relative axial direction to the case 4 together with the case 4.
