A method for automatically prompting a user to sleep comprises the steps: (S110) obtaining daily activity information of the user, and calculating an accumulated activity intensity on a current day; (S120) calculating required sleep time according to the accumulated activity intensity on the current day and a function relationship between an accumulated activity intensity on a day and sleep time; (S130) obtaining set get-up alarm clock time, and calculating sleep start time of the user by using the get-up alarm clock time and the required sleep time; and (S140) when the sleep start time arrives, prompting the user to sleep. Optimal sleep time is determined according to daily activities and records, and the user is prompted in advance. |
