PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed powder for powder metallurgy which enables acquisition of a sintered body combining excellent lathe and drill machinability.SOLUTION: A powder for improvement of machinability contains at least one of enstatite powder, talc powder, kaolin powder, mica powder, magnesium oxide powder (MgO), a mixed powder of silica (SiO) and magnesium oxide (MgO) powder and alkali silicates and at least one of alkali metal sulfate powders and alkaline earth metal sulfate powders. The blend ratio of the powder for improvement of machinability is within the range of 0.01-1.0 mass% with respect to the total amount of mixed powders for powder metallurgy. |
