PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer including a coil where the inner ends of two spiral plates, performance degradation of which is suppressed, are connected by welding.SOLUTION: In the coil connection structure of a transformer constituting a primary coil, by arranging two spiral plates 11A, 11B wound spirally in the axial direction, and connecting the inner ends 15A, 15B located on the radial inside of the two spiral plates 11A, 11B by welding, the inner ends 15A, 15B of two spiral plates 11A, 11B have welding surfaces 41A, 41B facing each other. A welding protrusion 42 protruding toward the other welding surface 41A is formed on one welding surface 41B, and extending linearly along the welding surface 41B.
