PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bearing that can increase reliability, and to provide a motor and a polygon motor.SOLUTION: A liquid bearing 30 includes: a sleeve 32 including a bearing hole 41; a shaft 13 inserted into the bearing hole 41 and rotatable relative to the sleeve 32; and a thrust cover 33 covering a lower end part of the bearing hole 41 and fixed to the sleeve 32; and oil 31 filled between the sleeve 32 and the shaft 13. The bearing hole 41 includes: an upper part 41a having a single diameter; a lower part 41b present in the lower end part of the bearing hole 41 and having a diameter similar to the single diameter; and a groove 35 provided between the upper part 41a and the lower part 41b.
