PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor having a plurality of magnets arranged at an outer circumference of a rotor yoke and aligned in a direction toward the circumference of the rotor yoke, raising a salient pole ratio being a ratio of a d axis inductance and a q axis inductance, and utilizing reluctance torque, and an electric power steering device and a vehicle thereof.SOLUTION: An electric motor 10 comprises a motor rotor 20 and a motor stator 30. An outer periphery of the rotor yoke 22 includes projections 22q projecting in radially outward directions of the rotor yoke 22, and recesses 22d between circumferentially adjacent projections 22q. Magnets 23 are arranged on sticking surfaces 22a being the surfaces of the recesses 23d. At least one of a magnetic gap g1 and a magnetic gap g2, passing through the inside of the rotor yoke 22 and having permeability lower than the rotor yoke 22 so as to serve a magnetic gap. |
