PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that the movement of a pedal to the vehicle rearward can be prevented during collision, with a simple configuration. ! SOLUTION: Flanges 6e and 6f are formed integrally on right and left sides of a connecting bracket 6, respectively so as to cover a rear end portion of a pedal bracket 3, and a bridge piece 12 is put up between front end portions of the two flanges 6e and 6f. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the deformation of the connecting bracket 6 during a vehicle collision, facilitate detaching the connecting bracket 6 from a front end portion of a tilt member, and smoothly move a vehicle rear portion of the pedal bracket 3 to a vehicle rear and downward side to rotate a brake pedal in a direction of a vehicle front side.
