PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground structure protection box capable of facilitating a cover body attachment/detachment operation. ! SOLUTION: An underground structure protection box 1 includes a box body 3 and a cover body 4 that is detachably attached to the box body 3. The cover body 4 makes a top surface opening 2 of the box body 3 opened/closed by rotation centering on the side of a base end. The cover body 4 has a concave part 12 provided on the side of the base end. The box body 3 has an elastically-deformable anti-coming-off convex part 36 that is engaged with the concave part 12 to prevent the cover body 4 from coming off from the box body 3. !
