PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling structure capable of preventing adhesion of an organic compound or oil or the like, considering an environment. ! SOLUTION: The antifouling structure of an embodiment has an ultra-hydrophilic structure formed of irregularities with pitches of predetermined intervals, on a surface of a substrate, such as a steel plate 11 or a resin layer. Width (d) of a salient part 12 and width (w) of a recess part 13 on the irregularities have a ratio of 2: 98-3: 97, thereby the recess part 13 on which a water screen is formed, is formed. By the water screen, for example, an organic compound and oil or the like rebound, so that adhesion is prevented.
