Child care equipment comprising a backrest portion (A) for stably supporting the back, from the head to the lower torso, of a newborn, a seat portion (B) for stably supporting the buttocks, hips, and back side of the thighs, a torso stabilizing supporting portion (C) for preventing the newborn from falling laterally, and a curved portion (D) that is a handhold when a care giver is handling the child care equipment and that is used for mounting the child care equipment to a baby bath, wherein the surface of the child care equipment undergoes treatment with a material that combines flexibility, friction, thermal resistance, water resistance, and anti-allergenic properties, and the child care equipment is light and thin and has the strength to be used safely with a newborn placed inside. |
