A crankshaft (43) can thereafter be driven after sufficient force has been accumulated in the flat spiral spring (103). Because force is accumulated in the flat spiral spring (103) at this time, the torque whereby the crankshaft (43) is driven at this time can be sufficiently increased above the torque with which the worker rotates a reel (203) by means of the rope (202). |
