This information processing system is provided with a specification unit and an extraction unit. The specification unit specifies content words that occur together with onomatopoeia in one of multiple posted reviews stored in a storage unit. The extraction unit extracts, from the multiple posted reviews, posted texts that include the content words. Generally speaking, posted texts or posted reviews containing onomatopoeia will often describe the poster's actual experience. By extracting posted texts that contain content words that tend to occur together with onomatopoeia, it is possible to efficiently extract posted texts that describe the user's actual experience. |
