This invention provides a product search device, system, method, and program whereby a customer searching for products can be made confident that further searching will not yield any better products or products that the customer will like more. In a preferred embodiment of this invention, a representative-design selection unit (22) receives, either directly or via a user interface on an information terminal (1), an instruction to select a desired representative design. A first display-image search/configuration unit (24) searches a product database (27) for products that use the selected representative design and creates first product-list data. A product-image selection unit (23) receives an instruction to select a desired product from the first product-list data. A second display-image search/configuration unit (25) searches the product database (27) for products that have second feature quantities near a second feature quantity for the selected product and creates second product-list data. |
