<p>The present invention relates to a device and a method for automatically measuring a head gap in a 3D printer, wherein a vibration sensor or a non-contact sensor is formed on a print head or a worktable, and a head gap and a horizontal error between the print head and the worktable can be automatically measured through a sensor while the print head is moved to a plane head gap measuring position of the worktable. To this end, the device of the present invention comprises: a print head (110) for printing a three-dimensional object; a carrier (100) for loading the print head (110) and moving the same; a worktable (120) for loading a printed product printed from the print head (110); a driving unit for providing a driving force in X, Y, and Z axial directions to move the carrier (100) and the worktable (120) to a printing position; a sensor for generating an output signal to measure a head gap between the print head (110) and the worktable (120); and a control unit (200) for controlling the driving unit, and sensing an output signal of the sensor to calculate a horizontal error of the head gap and the worktable (120) through corresponding calculation.</p> |
