The invention relates to a photovoltaic module (1) having a frame (2) made of profiled struts (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) and a composite (10) which is fastened to the frame (2) and comprises a plurality of photovoltaic cells and at least one transparent layer, preferably an EVA layer, applied to the photovoltaic cells and/or a transparent glass panel. The photovoltaic module (1) according to the invention is characterised in that a spacer device (20) fastened to the frame (2) is spaced apart from the upper face (11) of the composite (10) and also spaced apart from the end face (15) of the composite (10), such that between the spacer device (10) on the one hand and the upper face (11) and the end face (15) of the composite (10) on the other hand a continuous path (28) is provided, by means of which water, in particular rainwater, can run off. The invention further relates to a method for processing a known photovoltaic module. |
