PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection system for projecting an image on a projection body by means of a plurality of projection means.SOLUTION: A projection system 100 includes: a generation means 120 which generates a calibration image which determines a plurality of calibration points for detecting distortion of a projection image, with respect to each of a plurality of projection means 150, on the basis of a relation between the projection images and a projection area in each of the projection means 150; and a correction coefficient calculation means 130 which calculates a correction coefficient for the projection means 150, on the basis of one or more calibration captured images formed by capturing the calibration image projected. A margin part is formed in the calibration image, which is generated for the projection means 150 in charge of an area outside the projection area, so that portions which determine the plurality of calibration points are projected while being accommodated in the projection area, while maintaining an overlap of adjacent projection means under a relation between the projection images and the projection areas in each of the projection means. |
