<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas storage material having a superior retrievable amount of gas than the conventional ones.SOLUTION: There is provided a gas storage material having: a metal organic structure having a metal cluster containing at least one kind of metal element and one or more multidentate ligand having the metal cluster crosslinked thereto and containing one or more aromatic ring; and an added metal element which is different from the metal element and carried on the metal organic structure. In the metal organic structure carrying the added metal element, the structure changes between a small pore structure and a large pore structure depending on the amount of gas adsorption, and a difference between energy of the small pore structure and energy of the large pore structure at absolute zero degree is -50 kL/mol or more and less than 0 kL/mol.</p> |
