PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat soot generated when burning wood or bamboo, and waste water mixed with dust in the smoke. ! SOLUTION: As for soot, since water in a water filter has a stronger surface tension in proportion to the lowness of a temperature, the soot is filtered with water many times so as to reach a dischargeable level. There is much water having a low temperature. As for waste water, in a rural area, since water mixed with ash can be used as a fertilizer, the waste water has no problem to a person having a land.
