PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure measurement precision of a conductivity meter by core mount structure capable of maintaining characteristics of a core single body even after assembly to a body member. ! SOLUTION: A conductivity meter includes: a pair of inductors 2 comprising a toroidal core 21, and a coil 22 wound around the toroidal core 2; and piping 1 penetrating the respective inductors 2. In measurement of conductivity of fluid within the piping based on a value of current induced in a coil 22 of one inductor 2 by allowing current to flow to the coil 22 of the other inductor 2, a joining element 51 made of resin for joining the toroidal core 21 to the piping 1 by hardening and a cushioning 52 softer than the joining element 51 and interposed between the toroidal core 21 and the joining element 51 are hardened to join the core 21 to the piping (body member) 1. !
