<p>Example embodiments relate to analyzing news sources. An example method may include analyzing documents from multiple sources, and for each document, determining geographic information associated with the particular document by analyzing the content of the particular document. The method may include, for each source of the multiple sources, analyzing the geographic information associated with the documents from the particular source to determine a predominant geographic area associated with the particular source. The method may include selecting a document in response to a query, wherein the selection includes ranking a number of the documents from the multiple sources based on the predominant geographic areas associated with the sources of the documents.</p> |
