The present invention relates to a digital imaging communication in medicine (DICOM) image processing apparatus. Image information on a photographed part of a patient that a terminal device mounted with a camera has photographed includes study information and series information by patient to be generated into a DICOM image file to conform to a DICOM standard. Accordingly, the present invention has an advantage of securing competitiveness since small and medium hospitals can operate converted DICOM image as if managing the same in a PACS server.
