<p>The present invention relates to an automated line apparatus for manufacturing vehicle filters. The automated line apparatus includes: a wrinkle shaping unit (100); a wrinkle-shaped object supply unit (200) which continuously receives and supplies wrinkle-shaped objects (1) from the wrinkle shaping unit (100) after the shaping operation is complete; a pitch forming unit (300) which uses upper and lower pitch rollers (310, 320) to form uniform pitches between the wrinkles of the wrinkle-shaped objects (1) conveyed through the wrinkle-shaped object supply unit (200) and conveys the wrinkle-shaped objects (1) in a progressing direction; a band addition and attaching guide unit (400) which guides the band members (2) being continuously added and attached to the left and right surfaces of the wrinkle-shaped objects (1) arranged on the pitch forming unit (300); an adhesive agent coating unit (500) which coats an adhesive agent on the surfaces the band members (2) are attached; and a cutting unit (600) which cuts a filter member formed by attaching the band members (2) on both side surfaces of the wrinkle-shaped objects (1). The present invention can automate multiple processes for manufacturing wrinkled filters to a series of continuous processes and enables an apparatus to be adjusted in various ways while increasing the productivity.</p> |
